Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Lecanto, FL, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents in a family/team environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and support clinical needs while delivering person-centered care with dignity.

Shifts available include FT Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p) and Night (11p-7a), plus PT options. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k matching, daily pay, tuition reimbursement, and bonus

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Florida CNA license required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively to perform duties.
• Ability to treat seniors with dignity and respect.
• Team environment and compassionate care emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Aiding in daily tasks such as phone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition and status.
• Conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assisting in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up.
• Providing companionship and conversation.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
