Job summary

Northampton County at Gracedale is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to assist the professional staff with resident care and daily activities, under supervision by a Nursing Supervisor, RN, or LPN. The role requires compassion, reliability, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma or GED.
• Eighteen (18) years or older.
• Graduation from a State-approved training program. Must have current CNA license, in good standing, with the State licensing board.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and care.
• Support nurses and physicians in resident care tasks.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
