Magnolia Congregate Living Inc. in Corona, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. We offer full-time and part-time shifts in a 6-bed facility focused on resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, monitoring changes, preventing pressure injuries, providing companionship, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Current CNA certification required; CPR/BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nurse or supervisor.
• Assist with repositioning and pressure injury prevention.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
