Bell Tower Residence in Merrill, WI is seeking an Assisted Living Caregiver (PCW/CNA) to provide hands‑on daily living support, including personal care, medication assistance, meals, and mobility, while upholding resident dignity.

You will monitor resident well‑being, report changes to the care team, and help create a safe, engaging, and comfortable home. The role offers full‑time, part-time, or casual schedules with rotating shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs CNA-level nursing and nursing-related services.
• Initial and ongoing data collection under RN/LPN direction.
• Implements plan of care based on resident needs and preferences.
• Provides direct resident care and reports changes to RN/LPN.
• Maintains residents' rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Adheres to safety policies, infection control, and PPE usage.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Documents care results within policies and scope of practice.
