Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (GA or eligible).
• Strong heart for service and caring for others.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and committed to excellence.
• Experience in long-term care preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
