Qualifications

• Must hold Connecticut Nurse’s Aide Registration.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with care needs including bathing, dressing, continence, dining and mobility.
• Engage residents through conversation, activities and programs.
• Collaborate with nursing team to meet resident care needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with resident rooms.
