Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Able to assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Experience with mobility aids and safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in providing care to geriatric residents.
• Help residents with grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Transport residents to meals, activities, and other areas as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident call bells and emergencies within one minute.
