Apple Rehab Clipper in Westerly, RI, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will support residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity in a warm, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in daily bathing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, walking and wheelchair use; position in and out of bed.
• Document personal care given according to facility policies; provide nursing functions as directed including perineal care, turning residents, measuring and recording temperature, weight, pulse and respiration.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, including skin breakdowns; report accidents or injuries immediately; maintain charting entries.
• Answer all call lights and respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently.
