Casa Arena Healthcare in Alamogordo, NM seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care on a 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am shift. We value trust, communication and teamwork, and offer competitive wages with raises and bonuses. You will help residents with daily tasks and monitor comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include routine rounds, ID verification before care, basic bedside care and adherence to facility policies. Benefits are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a CNA program or licensed as a CNA.
• Minimum of 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions staff immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and within reach.
• Follow directions from Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
