Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CNA Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct Resident Support: Assist with bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility with a gentle, respectful touch.
• Attentive Monitoring: Track vitals and behavior, report to medical staff as needed.
• Promoting Well-being: Support residents in exercise and social activities to enhance holistic welfare.
