Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CNA Certification and be listed in good standing on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• CPR Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attentive Monitoring: Track vitals and behavior, reporting to medical staff as needed.
