Job summary

Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking CNAs for full-time and part-time roles. Shifts available 7:00AM-3:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM, 11:00PM-7:00AM; hourly range $20.00-$24.00/hr based on experience and incentives.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing residents, reporting changes, and maintaining a safe, dignified environment. CNA license, BLS/CPR, and strong communication required. We offer daily pay, shift differentials, and benefits options.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
