Job summary

Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Alexandria, VA is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with shifts 7:00AM-3:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM, and 11:00PM-7:00AM, and an hourly range of $20.00-$24.00 depending on experience and incentives.

As a CNA, you’ll provide basic resident care under licensed staff, assist with daily living activities, observe and report changes, maintain a safe, clean environment, and support a

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity for all residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering resident-centered care.

Hourly Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

Shift Differentials

• $0.75 for Evening and Night Shifts on Weekdays


• $1.75 for Evening and Night Shifts on Weekends

No Frills Program For Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.


• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.


• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.


• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.
