StoneBridge Owensville is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and care for residents in Owensville, Missouri. You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, and documentation under care plans, always prioritizing patient dignity and safety.

The role requires a CNA in good standing or completion of state CNA training, with preferred CPR/BLS and at least one year in long-term care. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the certification board or graduates of a state-approved CNA training program who pass the competency exam within 120 days of employment.
• High School Graduate/GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide supportive services to nursing staff and residents as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans and policies.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and document intake.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake and changes.
• Record weights and notify nurse/supervisor of changes.
• Monitor skin condition and report any issues to nurse/supervisor.
• Assist with toileting program activities and complete flow sheets daily.
• Keep supervisors informed of factors interfering with job performance.
• Report changes in resident condition to nurse and supervisor.
