Qualifications

• Certification: Active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care: assist residents with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and care needs.
• Clinical Monitoring: observe residents and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Documentation: maintain timely resident records in EHR systems.
• Team Collaboration: work with nursing staff to maintain a safe living environment.
