Complete Care at Nazareth in Stoughton, WI is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate clinical team. You will provide direct resident care, monitor health status, document notes in our EHR, and support a clean, safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but newly certified candidates welcome.
• Strong communication, basic computer skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Direct Care: Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and care needs.
• Clinical Monitoring: Observe residents and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely resident records in the EHR.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the nursing team to keep a safe, clean living environment.
