As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor client well-being, provide companionship, and ensure safety and dignity in every visit. California CNA certification and HCA registration required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required in the state of California.
• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California.
• TB test or chest X-ray documentation as applicable.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
• Provide hands-on personal care per care plan.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment and privacy.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Monitor safety and report changes to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and instructions.
• Communicate promptly with the care team about changes or concerns.
