Job summary

2nd Family Home Care in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care. You’ll work one-on-one with clients under an individualized plan, with training and RN support available. Roles offer flexible start dates, paid training, and schedules that fit your life.

Typical shifts range from 4–12 hours; full-time and part-time opportunities exist. Duties include ADLs, companionship, light housekeeping, and running errands per care plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• CNA certification and CPR/First Aid required.
• Non-medical in-home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision.
