Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Sullivan, MO to join our caring team and provide quality care to residents in long-term care settings.

The role requires CNA certification, CPR/BLS, and excellent communication and teamwork to support residents’ daily living activities and health monitoring. Flexible schedule options and a safe, compliant work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/move at least 35 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide safe transfers and positioning in beds, wheelchairs, and lifts.
• Support residents with meal services, including feeding assistance and documentation.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care, meal intake, and weight tracking.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure resident safety at all times.
• Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for residents.
