Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a CNA/Direct Care Giver in Charleston, WV to support residents with activities of daily living and personalized care plans. You will assist residents in mobility, meals, and activities while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

Qualifications include a current CNA license in good standing and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and flexible scheduling, including weekends

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of nursing team and follow instruction of supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate individuals and document accordingly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs and assist with meals.
• Communicate resident status and upcoming appointments in writing.
