Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our patient-centered care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and help with feeding and medications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Support patients with mobility and ambulation, including walking and transfers
• Assist with feeding and medication administration as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to care planning
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
