Cantex is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will deliver hands-on patient care, assist with ADLs, and support comfort, safety, and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required
• Ability to lift/move patients safely
• Strong teamwork and reliability
• English language proficiency (reading/writing/speaking)

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
• Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times
