Saber Health Group in Clarksville, VA is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide safe, person-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor comfort, and document care per the plan.

We offer flexible pay options, Daily/Weekly Pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus for 7:00a - 3:00p, generous PTO, 401K, tuition opportunities, and career growth programs. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Current registry/certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing in the relevant state.
• We can provide guidance to pursue GED if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents per their care plan and supervisor directions.
• Maintain health, sanitary and infection control standards in the SNF setting.
