Job summary

Allpro Homecare MA is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide quality non-medical home care to our veteran population. The client prefers a male CNA and offers a flexible schedule with weekly pay and online training.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, light housekeeping, and meal prep with client input. A valid CNA license, ability to work various shifts, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Current state CNA license in good standing.
• Available to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer lift experience required; able to perform all essential functions.
• Adequate physical endurance to provide care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with toileting, including bedpan or toilet use.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation using cane, walker or wheelchair.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals with client input.
• Report unusual events or incidents to the administrator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Complete other duties per the Client Service Plan.
