Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Previous experience in long‑term care or healthcare setting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide safe transfers and repositioning using proper techniques.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
