SYNERGY HomeCare in Hollywood is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home care and support to clients across Hollywood & Hollywood Hills. You will deliver companionship, assist with daily activities, prepare meals, and maintain client comfort and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) in the State of California, or willing to become registered.
• Current TB clearance.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CNA certification is preferred for this position.

Aufgaben

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Maintain reliable attendance and provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Accurately document care provided and communicate changes in client condition when appropriate.
