Southern Pines Senior Living in Thomasville, GA is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers and CNAs to join our team. You will provide hands-on support to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs, helping maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate care and meaningful daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, personal care aide, or healthcare experience preferred.
• CNA certification is preferred but not required for some caregiver roles.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents with dining assistance and hydration needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Document care services and resident observations accurately.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members to provide high-quality care.
