Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Caregiver/CNA for 7a-7p shifts across Thomas County, including Thomasville, Coolidge, and surrounding towns.

You will provide daily in-home care, including meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene support, and transportation. We expect compassion, reliability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment contingent upon background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
