Whitney Rehabilitation Care Center in Connecticut is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. The role focuses on dignity, safety, and promoting a supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• CT CNA certification required.
• Active CPR certification preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Promote a compassionate environment and support plan of care.
• Assist in training other staff as requested.
• Maintain accurate dietary intake and hydration records.
