As a CNA at Eden Vista Burr Ridge, you will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

You will support residents, families, and staff with professionalism and warmth, uphold dignity and privacy, and contribute to a welcoming, teamwork‑oriented culture.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality care to guests in a nourishing environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Attend to individual needs including incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, ROM, and communication.
• Maintain skin integrity and prevent pressure ulcers by turning and repositioning immobile guests.
• Follow nurse instructions; assist with vital signs and specimen collection as directed.
• Support care plans with observations and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist the Wound Care Nurse as directed and keep records confidential.
