Job summary

Hillcrest Health Services is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our teams across the Omaha metro area. CNAs will deliver hands-on care and support to residents in various living and care settings, including skilled nursing, memory support, and assisted living.

Ideal candidates hold an active Nebraska CNA license, with a focus on respect, dignity, and teamwork. Opportunities are available for full-time and part-time schedules, including days, evenings, and overnights.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA license or ability to transfer an Iowa CNA license.
• Direct patient care or caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to enhancing daily lives of aging adults.
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility and toileting.
• Provide respectful, individualized care based on each resident's needs and preferences.
• Help residents feel comfortable, safe, and connected throughout the day.
• Observe changes in resident condition and communicate concerns promptly to the nursing team.
• Support meals, hydration, mobility, transfers and other daily care tasks.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment and follow care plans and infection-control practices.
