Woodhaven Court is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role provides direct care to residents, assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), and supports the nursing team in maintaining residents' health and well‑being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Help residents maintain personal hygiene and comfort.
• Measure and record vital signs; observe changes and report to nursing staff.
• Assist with medication reminders under supervision of licensed staff.
• Foster meaningful relationships and encourage participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; follow infection control and safety procedures.
