Job summary

EverTrue seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily supportive care to residents. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, respond to calls, assist with daily activities, and help maintain residents' dignity and independence.

You will support mealtimes, participate in care plans, and document care while upholding safety and professionalism in a dynamic elder-care setting.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in MO or IL (and PA eligibility if applicable)
• Clear communication with residents, families, and team members
• Experience with direct patient/resident care preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' comfort and provide ADLs per scope of practice
• Assist with personal care and support to maintain dignity
• Observe residents and report changes to the nurse
• Participate in care/service plans to improve residents’ lives
• Assist residents during mealtimes and feed when needed
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Support resident involvement in daily activities and decision making
• Assist with therapies and treatments under licensed staff
• Document care provided in clinical records
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
