Care Pavilion, a 396-bed facility in West Philadelphia, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Under new leadership, we aim to deliver high-quality daily and long-term care to Residents who deserve the best.

The CNA provides nursing and related services in line with each resident’s assessment and care plan, preserving a homelike environment, resident rights, and independence to the greatest extent possible.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification in PA is required.
• Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Ability to work well in teams.
