Job summary

Care Pavilion, a 396-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Philadelphia, PA, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are dedicated to compassion, dignity, and quality care. You will be at the heart of our care team, supporting residents daily and building meaningful relationships.

We offer top pay up to $20.30/hour, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional training.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license in Pennsylvania.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and needs with compassion and maturity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Create a warm, respectful, and dignified environment for each resident.
• Be a consistent and positive presence in the lives of those you care for.
