Job summary

Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park in Franklin, IN is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide quality resident care and support to the care team. You will document care and report changes to the supervisor while working cooperatively with other departments.

The role requires Indiana Nurse Aide Certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 6 months’ long-term care experience is preferred. Excellent reliability and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Indiana Nurse Aide Certification required.
• Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; interpersonal and communicative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to facility residents.
