Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs per established protocols.
• Provide basic care and comfort, assist with repositioning, and support skin care.
• Assist patient mobility and transportation within the facility.
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent falls and infections; keep environment clean and safe.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare team members.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families.
