The Viridian is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. This role supports residents with daily living activities, monitors health conditions, and maintains a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare/senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report health changes to the nursing team.
• Provide medication reminders and basic care under supervision.
• Engage residents through companionship and activities to promote well‑being.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with urgent care when needed.
