Job summary

Thrivemore is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential resident care under supervision of licensed nurses. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support a safe, clean living environment.

The role requires a CNA I training, CPR certification, and HIPAA awareness. You will work on-site in Arden, Delaware, with emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork with the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of CNA I training and valid Nurse Aide I registry listing.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Observe residents’ condition and document care timely.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and equipment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and PPE usage.
• Comply with HIPAA and conduct trainings as required.
