Job summary

Middleburg Rehab in Middleburg, FL seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, and support daily activities for residents.

You will respond to call lights, observe residents' rights and confidentiality, and work closely with nurses and therapy staff to deliver personalized care. Qualifications include being 18+, valid CNA license in Florida, CPR preferred, and weekend availability.

How our CNAs make our facility Great:

• Provide personal care to patients/residents, ambulate residents, serve nourishments and between-meal-snacks, and provide personal care to patients/residents.

• Answer call lights and answer questions and respond, giving appropriate care.

• Treat residents with dignity and always observe all residents’ rights and confidentiality.

• Partner with Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and the Therapy Team to deliver the highest level of Personalized Compassionate Care

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a Nurse

• Responsible for assisting nursing in providing resident care

• Other duties as assigned

CNA Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age

• A passion to care for the residents in our community

• Certified in the state where applying or have active/current licensure

• Available to work weekends

License/Certification:

• CNA License

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
