Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding and mobility.
• Support safe transfers and positioning; use transfer aids as trained.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Maintain resident dignity, rights and confidentiality at all times.
