Bayside Post-Acute in Florida is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, take vital signs, and support daily comforts ensuring dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings.
• CPR/BLS certification is a plus.
• Experience with EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Document care accurately per facility policy.
• Collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure quality care.
