Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care at our Minnesota facility. You will report changes in residents’ conditions to licensed staff and document in the POC system.

Strong reading and writing skills in English are required, as well as current BLS certification and being in good standing on the state Nursing Assistant registry. This is a community-focused, nonprofit caregiving role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
