Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR in Minnesota to join our compassionate care team. This position focuses on direct resident care, upholding residents’ dignity and choices, and reporting changes to supervising nurses while maintaining accurate records in the POC system.

The role requires strong communication, English literacy, and an active BLS certification. The team supports a 0.6 FTE schedule with a robust benefits package reflecting our nonprofit mission.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while charting in POC system.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
