Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in Littleton, MA to provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of licensed staff. The role includes assisting with bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting and other activities of daily living while adhering to all applicable laws and Life Care standards.

The CNA must hold a state-approved CNA credential with an active license, CPR certification, and ideally one year of skilled nursing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
