Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Indiana is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, under the supervision of licensed staff.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a State-approved CNA program, active CNA license in good standing, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of skilled nursing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with an active license in good standing.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR certification must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.
