Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/physician supervision.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Document routine nursing tasks in EMR.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Support patient safety and infection control practices.
• Assist with patient meals and hydration as needed.
• Perform routine status checks and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Prepare and maintain patient rooms and supplies.
