Job summary

Heritage Inn in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily activities and compassionate care. You will work as part of a caring team, delivering dignified assistance and building meaningful resident relationships in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

Starting pay is $17.63–$18.68 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligible.
• Compassionate and patient-centered caregiving approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families and staff.
