Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin CNA license required or attainment covered by the Care Center.
• Healthcare experience is beneficial but not required; we will train the right fit.
• Ability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal cares and activities of daily living for residents.
• Provide transportation to meals and activities.
• Document Daily Care accurately.
• Deliver 1:1 visits with residents.
• Offer excellent customer service to help residents thrive.
