Hanker Systems, Inc. seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in Marlinton, West Virginia. This day shift role runs from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with guaranteed hours, focusing on delivering quality ADL assistance and respectful, person-centered care.

You will work with nurses and diverse teams, document care, monitor vitals, and help residents with mobility, nutrition, and comfort while maintaining infection control and a safe, clean environment.

Qualificações

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license for WV.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Obtain and document vital signs and report abnormalities to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and mobility support.
• Provide incontinence care and maintain resident comfort and dignity.
• Monitor residents for changes in physical, emotional, and cognitive condition.
• Support nutrition and hydration needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Document care provided according to facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, physicians, residents, and families.
• Participate in resident care planning and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
